(JBC) Preface

The term sociology sounds proper and can be intimidating when it comets mind. Sociology in itself is simply the study of society and human involvement in it. However, it is more than a study. Sociology is found everywhere where people don’t think to look. It can be connected to practically anything in society. Many people hear a word ending in -ology and start to think of people in lab coats in a laboratory. Sociology is something that can be observed by anyone if they look at things in a manner that questions why society is the way it is now and how it’s come to change in the past years. Not only does it capture how society functions but it also goes deeper in figuring out why the structure is the way it is.
