(H) 3-7 Intro to Sociology

The topic of sociology does not simply mean the study of social life but it is an idea used to create questions on the “why” of things. When a person steps back from a certain position to look at the macro view of a subject in a different perspective, it invokes different questions and concepts. The idea that sociology is only used to judge different matters have become a farce, when instead sociology opens doors to more understanding a subject from a different position in life and separating oneself from bias and judgement. Sociology can be seem as an exciting form of discovery for those who seek answers to that of which they don’t know. The study of how everything comes to work with one another and how each part has a significant and specific purpose is what excites many people who look more in depth in sociology. As an individual looking inwards to the topic of sociology from the outside, it separates the two ideas of what one thinks and how deep into the rationale things go to make a complete connection to everything around. As matters and ideas are looked into more in depth of the why and how, it becomes easier to associate and realize that certain things are set in motion in a specific way to create a steady working flow. As children, the question why is wildly used but soon as we grow up we stop wondering why and accept things as they are. What society has become now has hatched from the idea of Sociology and the various and repeated questioning. Sociology reopens that phase in our lives to create a better working society.
